Michael L. Dale, Esq.
I was born on February 3, 1959 in Detroit, Michigan. I have been a Florida resident since 1972 and have lived in Palm City, Florida since 1986 with my wife, Stephanie, and two sons, Jonathan Matthew and Michael Jr.
I have been actively engaged in the general practice of law in Martin County since 1984. My representation of buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions range from vacant lot sales to complex 1031 IRS Like Kind Exchanges. I am a title insurance agent and write owner and mortgagee title insurance policies for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and a member of Attorney's Title Insurance Fund. My clients have included commercial banks as well as private lenders in residential and commercial purchase money mortgage loan closings as well as refinance transactions. My real estate clients have come to me for their personal needs as well, ranging from drafting their wills and trusts to administration of the probate estates. My experience ranges from handling the sale and purchase of various types of businesses to the formation of simple and complex corporations and limited liability entities.
Graduate of Nova Law School, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 1984, J.D. Doctor of Jurisprudence. Biscayne College, now known as St. Thomas University, North Miami, Florida, 1981 Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, Magna Cum Laude and a Cooper City High School class of 1977, "Cooper City Cowboy".
Continuous member of the Florida Bar Association, Martin County Bar Association, and Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund since 1984.
Presently the President of the Hobe Sound/Port Salerno Rotary Club, charter member since 1995.
Past President of the Kiwanis Club of South Martin County from 1989-1990.
Parishioner of Holy Redeemer in Palm City.
